What can I even say! As an avid nandos goer, I have had my fair share of great experiences. This was our old “local” nandos and we recently visited again for the first time since moving away, and to say the quality of service has drastically improved would be an understatement. I have never experienced such attentive and thoughtful service, especially somewhere which has seemingly developed a largely self service system. Jay went absolutely above and beyond for us, helping my youngest with the ice cream machine and just being so bubbly and chatty to keep very hungry kids entertained. He’s truly a credit to the team! I’d also like to note how well maintained the toilets here are. I’ve visited a fair few locations where there has been no toilet paper and water all over the floors, which has never negatively affected my experience enough to bother me, but it’s certainly nice to see how well kept the toilets are here, it truly reflects their standard of service all round!

Had a good meal at Nando’s in Hemel Hempstead — spent around £40 and it was well worth it overall. Food came out hot and tasty, chicken was cooked just right, and the peri-peri flavour always hits the spot. Staff were friendly and the place was clean, though service was a little slow at times, which is the only reason it’s not a full 5 stars. Still, a solid visit and I’d definitely go back

Delicious! Always clean, people check to make sure you have everything, one time they got my order wrong but it’s fine they corrected it. It’s not like I was allergic, they are good with allergies. Not just this place but Nando’s in general is DELICIOUS AND SO GOOD TRY THE BEANIE BURGER WITH NO SAUCE AND PERI SALTED CHIPS ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD MY FAVOURITE

Just wanted to leave a review to shout out our waitress Beatrice today. Our baby was causing all sorts of chaos and she was so lovely, bringing her things to play with and trying to help us calm her down. We really appreciated her kindness whilst feeling stressed! Thank you Beatrice.

Very busy on the weekends so it is worth booking ahead. We had a 25 minute wait for our party of 6, no booking. Staff all friendly and accommodating has expected. And food is the typical nando's quality.
